Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for an E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager at VOLUME. The person will be responsible for managing end-to-end campaigns across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto, while working closely with clients and internal teams to drive brand reach, revenue, retention, and overall digital growth.

Responsibilities
- Support the brand and account teams in understanding client business objectives, revenue models, and marketing goals.
- Manage and execute paid digital marketing campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and other relevant e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
- Develop campaign plans across Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), Google Ads/AdWords, Facebook/Meta Ads, Affiliates, Programmatic, and other relevant digital channels.
- Conduct consumer profiling, define target audiences, draw consumer insights,



and map relevant digital touchpoints.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve business objectives such as reach, awareness, revenue, ROI, and retention.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign, digital, and business data to identify actionable insights and growth opportunities.
- Prepare campaign reports, performance reviews, analytics insights, and presentations for client discussions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth campaign execution, timely follow-ups, and effective communication.
- Recommend e-commerce best practices and growth strategies to improve brand performance, visibility, sales, and market share.
- Stay updated on e-commerce, quick-commerce, paid media, consumer behavior, and digital marketing trends.
