We’re looking for a
Technical Recruiter
with
6 months – 2 years of experience
in International Recruitment to join our team
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen technical candidates through LinkedIn, job portals & databases
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for international clients
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews
- Build strong candidate relationships and ensure timely follow-ups
- Meet recruitment targets and support successful closures
Requirements:
- 6 months – 2 years of International/IT Recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing & screening skills
- Positive knowledge of technical/IT roles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working with international time zones
