Key Responsibilities:
- Generate recent business leads for hotel rooms, banquet halls, conferences, events, and corporate requirements.
- Conduct regular B2B field visits to corporates, travel agencies, event planners, wedding planners, and local businesses.
- Identify and develop new corporate accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Generate enquiries for room bookings, corporate stays, meetings, conferences, weddings, and social events.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings, site visits, quotations, negotiations, follow-ups, and closure.
- Promote hotel packages, room inventory, banquet facilities, and event packages.
- Achieve monthly room-night, banquet revenue, and overall sales targets.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and submit daily sales reports/DSR.
- Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, F&B;, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed business.
- Track competitor rates, market trends, and local business opportunities.




- Build a strong database of potential corporate and event clients for continuous lead generation.

Ideal Candidate:
Candidates with experience in hotel sales, corporate sales, room sales, banquet sales, MICE, events, or B2B sales will be preferred. Must have strong communication, negotiation, client-handling, and field-sales skills, with the ability to generate business independently.Networking: Building ties with local event planners, wedding coordinators, and Destination Management Companies (DMCs).
- Digital Inbound: Running targeted online ads, managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) via the hotel website, and using Lead Generation Software.
- Proactive Outreach: Cold-calling local businesses for corporate parties, annual galas, and conferences.
- Cross-Selling: Asking every person who books a banquet if they also need a block of hotel rooms for their guests.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
