Chief Manager - Trading Operations department (Capital Markets)

Roles and Responsibilities :
- To oversee the trading business operations, check the compliance of the whole process to the regulations, propose initiatives for process improvements.
- Manage trade lifecycle from order capture to settlement, ensuring timely and accurate processing of trades.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve process efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external counterparties, including brokers, custodians, and other market participants.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the trade lifecycle.

Job Requirements :
- 15+ years of experience in the Capital Market domain.
- Experience in managing complex transactions across multiple asset classes (e.g., equities, fixed income) using various systems such as UAT/BRD.
- FULL TIME MBA is mandatory.
- Team handling experience is mandatory.
