About the Role

We are looking for a creative and design-oriented Architect cum Designer with 2–3 years of experience in architectural design, planning. The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle design development, drawings, presentations

Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts based on project requirements.
- Create 3D models, views, and presentations for client discussions.
- Ensure drawings and designs comply with relevant standards and project requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant qualified experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or similar software will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural detailing, materials
- Strong design sense with attention to detail.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
