Full Stack AI Engineer (React )

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer building secure, scalable, enterprise applications.
- Strong expertise in React.js and modern front-end development.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and LLM integrations.
- Experience building AI Agents, tool-calling workflows, orchestration, memory management, and guardrails.
- Proficiency in developing AI-native user experiences including streaming responses, state management, feedback capture, and human-AI interaction design.
- Solid understanding of AI-first architecture, balancing deterministic code, LLMs, and agent-based solutions.
- Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio,



and cloud-native development.

Good to Have
- C# development experience.
- Experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude.
- Container platforms and enterprise search implementations.
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, security, governance, and compliance practices.
