Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Associate role based in Bengaluru. The Senior Sales Associate will engage with prospective customers, understand their property requirements, and present suitable real estate options. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, explaining project features and pricing, negotiating terms within company guidelines, and supporting clients through the closing process. The role involves maintaining regular follow-up with leads, updating sales records in internal systems,



and collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets. The Senior Sales Associate will also represent the company professionally at client meetings and events, contributing to overall brand reputation.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar client-facing sales role, preferably in residential or commercial property.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage leads, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate records using CRM or similar tools.
- Comfort with conducting property presentations and site visits, and explaining financial and legal aspects of transactions in clear terms.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of local real estate market trends in Bengaluru and willingness to stay updated
