Quality check & quality assurance
- Supervision & Execution of tasks instructed by engineer/sr. engineer.
- Supervision of quality work completions (flooring, slab, ceiling, plaster, waterproofing, color, furniture, plumbing, etc.) As per the given checklist.
- Ensure contractors/labor are using measurement tools for material mixing for a quality result. Project specific
- Study and understand the execution drawings, checklist points and material knowledge/ training from superiors and accordingly execute the project activity.
- Supervision and monitoring of concreting as well as curing activity of the project.
- Follow up on day-to-day material & drawing requirement as per activity flow to engineer.
- Material management Keep control on material wastage and ensure proper utilization of materials.
- Received material from the store on timely manner and maintain the storage, stock data accurately.
- Disbursed the material to the contractor as per the project activity and within timeline.
- Return excess material to the store with proper entry.




- Record management
- Filling of checklist and submission of checking report in the group (DigiQC) Record keeping and data management of project activity.
- Safety & necessary standard Keep track of safety measures, and ensure all the safety standards are maintained and followed by self and workers.
- Raised the issue if not met with the standard and escalate it to superior as per the escalation system. Ensure cleanliness & lightening at workspace.
- At the end of the day, make sure to switch off the unnecessary lights, water tap and electrical devices under your jurisdiction.
- Manpower management
- Depart labor management. Apart from the work area, must to follow and comply with the instruction or task delegate by superiors, as and when require.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
