Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs) and user journeys, ensuring
a clear understanding of product specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance,
and business units, to address potential issues, challenges, and bottlenecks in the product
development process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, progress
reports, meeting minutes, product requirements, user stories, use cases, and change
requests.
• Lead the internal team as per project requirements, fostering a collaborative and productive
work setting that encourages innovation and creativity.
• Conduct thorough reviews and validation of technical deliverables to ensure alignment with
specified requirements and adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor product performance and functionality, ensuring seamless integration and
functionality for our clients and end-users.
• Oversee regular product testing and quality assurance procedures to guarantee optimal




performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with the customer support team to address any product-related issues and
provide timely and effective solutions to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree
preferred.
• 4+ years of proven experience in Product Management within the IT SaaS industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating PRDs, user journeys, and other relevant product
documentation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams
effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing
potential challenges.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
