Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Relation Executive (CRE) to join our four-wheeler automobile dealership in Kollam, Kerala.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers, handling customer enquiries and feedback, coordinating with the Sales and Service teams, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the customer journey.

Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in automobile, customer service, sales, hospitality, or similar roles are preferred. Freshers with good communication skills and relevant exposure to customer handling are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide qualified assistance at the dealership.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective customers regarding enquiries, test drives, bookings, and vehicle deliveries.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Service, Delivery,



and other internal teams to resolve customer requirements.
- Conduct customer satisfaction calls and collect feedback after sales and service.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely resolution.
- Follow up with customers for periodic vehicle service, service appointments, insurance renewals, and other relevant requirements.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM/DMS system.
- Inform customers about dealership offers, service campaigns, promotions, and other activities.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, follow-ups, feedback, and complaints.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports as required by the management.
- Support customer retention, repeat business, and customer referral activities.
