Role: US IT / Non IT Recruiter
- Experience: 2+ years in US IT Recruitment
- Robust experience in US Staffing / IT Recruitment
- Good understanding of US IT hiring, sourcing, and recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in US time zones / night shifts
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
