What are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Sr. Manager - Actuarial to lead our Actuarial department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in actuarial science, with a proven track record of developing and implementing actuarial models, analyzing data, and providing strategic insights to drive business decisions. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
What does the job entail?

Develop and maintain complex actuarial models to analyze and forecast risk, providing insights to inform business decisions

Lead and mentor a team of actuaries, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, risk management, and operations, to integrate actuarial expertise into business strategy

Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations,



and develop reports to communicate findings to stakeholders

Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including reinsurers, insurers, and other industry professionals

Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends, applying knowledge to inform departmental decisions

Provide expert advice on actuarial matters, including pricing, reserving, and risk management

Develop and implement actuarial processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Manage and analyze large datasets, including claims, policyholder data, and financial statements

Develop and maintain actuarial reports, including financial statements, policyholder reports, and regulatory submissions
