Job Purpose

The role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives across Credit and Operations functions, ensuring robust governance, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and process improvements. The incumbent will lead key projects, oversee audit management, strengthen compliance frameworks, and develop engagement programs to enhance team performance and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute projects related to Credit and Operations, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to objectives, and achievement of expected business advantages.
- Manage internal audits across Credit and Operations functions, including coordination, issue resolution, and closure of audit observations.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to all regulatory and statutory requirements related to operational processes, policies, and controls.
- Review, update,



and implement policies and standard operating procedures to maintain compliance with changing regulatory guidelines and organizational requirements.
- Track compliance metrics, conduct periodic reviews, and recommend corrective actions to address potential risks and process gaps.
- Design and implement engagement initiatives, contests, and performance recognition programs for Credit and Operations teams to drive productivity, quality, and employee motivation.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
