Core Responsibilities
- Operations & Logistics: Organizing end-to-end itineraries, transportation, and accommodations for both domestic and international holidays.
- Sales & Marketing: Developing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to attract travelers and boost revenue.
- Team Leadership: Mentoring travel consultants and front-desk staff to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Vendor Management: Building relationships with hotels, transport providers, and DMCs to secure competitive rates.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in tourism, hospitality, or business administration is typically required.
- Experience: Candidates generally need 2 to 10+ years of experience in the travel/mobility industry, with a strong background in corporate travel, MICE (Meetings, Incentives)
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, team management, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Pay: ₹21,099.13 - ₹53,011.78 per month
