Job Summary:
Assistant Vice President will have key customer service focus, strong written & verbal communication, ability to create & operate matrix structures, process oriented, problem solving, people management, teamwork & proven track-record in managing large number of staff with multiple complex processes. Reports to Head of Operations of the company.
- Robust leadership experience in Finance & Accounting Operations, with deep expertise in the Record-to-Report (RTR) process.
- Proven track record in Client Relationship Management and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated success in Process Transformation, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence initiatives.
- Extensive knowledge of Accounting and Financial Operations across US, UK, and Australian markets.
- Experience leading large-scale teams of 100+ professionals and driving high-performance cultures.
