About the Role

Junior Technical Recruiter – I
T to join our US Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing and placing IT professionals, particularly within MSP-driven environments. This role requires strong familiarity with VMS portals and ATS systems, along with the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle efficiently. Key Responsibiliti
es
- Source and attract qualified IT candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and assess candidate suitability based on technical and non-technical requirements
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews,



coordinating with hiring managers, and supporting offer negotiations
- Work closely with MSP clients to understand job requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidate submissions
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring cycle
