Location: Calicut, Kerala
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our team in Calicut. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, explaining courses, handling enquiries, following up with leads, and converting prospects into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and educational programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp and online enquiries.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course details, benefits, fees, and career opportunities clearly.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead and student records in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.




- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for smooth student onboarding.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam is preferred.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.
- Previous experience in Academic Counselling, Sales, Telecalling, or EdTech will be an added advantage.
