Role & responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis, valuation, and financial modeling for investment opportunities
- Conduct end-to-end due diligence including financial, operational, and strategic assessment
- Participate in deal execution activities including structuring, negotiations, and transaction closure
- Research industry trends, market conditions, and identify potential investment opportunities
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and investment thesis for senior management review
- Support portfolio companies through strategic planning and performance monitoring
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional global teams on investment initiatives
- Analyze risks, growth opportunities, and operational efficiencies across portfolio companies
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred candidate profile
- 2 Plus years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or Corporate Finance
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial statement analysis
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Self-driven candidate capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with global stakeholders
- MBA/CFA candidates will be preferred
- Solid understanding of technology-enabled services, software, and business services sectors
