Job Title: DevOps Support Engineer

Location: Hyderabad - Remote (initial 2 to 3 week must come to office to get kt)
Fixed shift timing: 5 PM to 2 AM

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for DevOps platforms and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and infrastructure.
- Assist engineering teams with deployment, configuration, and automation-related requests.
- Monitor platform health and respond to incidents and service requests.
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and operational tasks.
- Investigate and resolve build, release, and setting issues.
- Create and maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles.
- Participate in on-call and support rotations as required.
- Collaborate with DevOps and software engineering teams to improve platform stability and support processes.
