Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through direct sales and customer referrals.
- Acquire customers for Asset Loans, Business Loans, LAP, and Vehicle Loans.
- Manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, underwriting, and documentation teams.




- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
- Follow up on applications and ensure timely processing and disbursement.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Use CRM systems to maintain customer records, leads, follow-ups, and sales reports.
- Develop relationships with DSAs, dealers, brokers, and other business referral channels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC requirements, and lending guidelines.
- Monitor portfolio performance and maintain robust customer relationships.
