About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused F&B; Captain to join Kings Club. The role involves supervising the service team, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, and delivering an excellent dining experience to our members and guests.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting members and guests with their requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate the service team during operations.
- Ensure timely and qualified food and beverage service.
- Allocate duties and monitor staff performance.
- Handle guest queries and resolve service-related concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
- Monitor inventory, crockery, cutlery, and service equipment.
- Support the team during events, banquets, and peak hours.

Candidate Requirements




- 2–5 years of experience in F&B; Service, preferably as a Captain.
- Hospitality/Hotel Management qualification preferred.
- Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
- Good leadership and team-management abilities.
- Well-groomed, confident, and customer focused.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
