About the Role: Gridux Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves actively developing new business opportunities in office, building strong client relationships, conducting technical site assessments, and driving sales of the company's specialized lighting solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the technical background necessary to understand complex lighting requirements and hit ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities: -
- Conduct field visits, site surveys, and cold calls to identify prospective clients, architects, interior designers, electrical contractors, and commercial developers.




- Travel regularly across the assigned territory to conduct in-person product presentations, build rapport, and foster long-term commercial relationships.
- Visit project sites, analyze architectural/engineering plans, and recommend tailored lighting products and design solutions to meet structural and aesthetic needs.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients, field installation teams, and internal operational departments to ensure seamless product delivery and project execution.
- Drive proactive field activity to consistently achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
- Accurately update site visits, client meetings, project status, and sales leads in the provided Tracking System.

Key Requirements: -
- A degree/course in Lighting Design, Interior Design, Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline is mandatory.
