Role Description
The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, responsible for driving sales growth and managing key accounts within the assigned territory. This role involves overseeing institutional and alternate business distribution channels, developing and executing territory sales plans,



and ensuring alignment with brand strategies. The Area Sales Manager will monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities to expand distribution and improve customer engagement. They will build and maintain relationships with trade partners, corporate clients, and influencers, while coordinating with internal teams to support promotions, product launches, and brand programs. Regular travel within the territory, field visits, and performance reporting are core parts of the daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

. 5-6 Daily visits to Clients locations.
- Proven experience in area or regional sales management, preferably in FMCG, retail, or distribution-focused industries.
- Robust skills in territory planning, channel management, and key account handling.
