Job description

Responsibilities:
- Daily supervision of Horticulture plant production.
- Monitoring sowing, planting, irrigation & fertilization.
- Quality checking of plants & reducing mortality.
- Managing workers & assigning daily tasks.
- Pest/disease monitoring & timely corrective action.
- Maintaining production records & stock.
- Coordination with Lab / Hardening / Dispatch teams.

Skills:
- Plant cultivation knowledge
- Team handling
- Basic record keeping

Job Type: Full time

Pay: From ₹180,000.00 per year
