* Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination. * Handle employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and HRMS updates. * Manage payroll, attendance, leave, deductions, and statutory compliance. * Coordinate performance management, appraisals, KPIs, and employee development. * Handle exit management, including resignations, clearance, Full & Final Settlement, and exit interviews
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
