About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Khammam. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end US IT staffing and recruitment, excellent knowledge of US hiring practices, and the ability to work effectively during US business hours.
This is an office-based role in Khammam, supporting US recruitment operations and working closely with recruiters, account managers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to candidate placement.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify candidates matching technical and experience requirements.
- Screen candidates through phone/video interviews and assess technical fit, communication, availability, location,
work authorization, and compensation.
- Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate the interview process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation rates and manage candidate expectations.
- Follow up on interviews, feedback, offers, onboarding, and placements.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity records in the ATS.
- Meet and consistently exceed daily/weekly/monthly submission and placement targets.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Work closely with Account Managers, BDMs, and Delivery Managers to understand hiring priorities.
- Ensure compliance with US staffing and recruitment processes.
