Job Overview
The Global Trade Working Capital Loan Operations Specialist (C12) is a high-impact role within the Global Trade & Working Capital Loans (TWCL) Operations team. This position is responsible for supporting the TWCL Operations team in driving operational excellence, embedding a robust global operational rhythm, and executing transformational change across Citi's global footprint.
Aligned with the TWCL Target Operating Model (TOM) and the multi year Digitization Plan, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with global/regional operations heads, product teams, and technology partners to support a high-growth business agenda. Key strategic priorities include accelerating straight-through processing (STP), driving the global adoption of eLoans, standardizing core systems,
and optimizing risk distribution to drive efficiency and support business growth.
Responsibilities:
Operational Rhythm & Performance Governance
- Global Team Co-ordination : Facilitate and support the TWCL Operations core team. Prepare high-quality materials, facilitate global meetings, and actively track deliverables and action items across regional representatives.
- Global Performance Dashboards: Design, develop, and maintain monthly global reporting dashboards. Source and analyze operational data to populate key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to performance oversight forums to support digitization, automation, and standardization.
- Service Provider Oversight: Conduct rigorous analysis to support the oversight of internal and external service providers, including Global Loan Operations.
