Role & responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead and manage the complete digital ecosystem of Neuron Power LLP, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, and other communication platforms. This role demands a tech-savvy, highly creative professional with strong expertise in digital marketing, content creation, graphic tools, real-time posting, and brand development.

Preferred candidate profile

Digital Strategy & Brand Building
- Formulate and implement a robust digital marketing strategy aligned with Neuron Power LLPs global brand ambitions.
- Strengthen digital brand identity for MPP-SH Capacitors and all product portfolios.
- Craft impactful, premium-quality digital communication promoting technical excellence and customer-centricity.

B. Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, shorts, and educational videos.
- Manage YouTube channel end-to-end including planning, editing coordination, title/description optimization, and uploads.
- Grow followers,



engagement, and qualified leads organically and through paid campaigns.

C. WhatsApp Business Management
- Manage WhatsApp Business broadcast lists, catalog updates, and customer communication.
- Disseminate product updates, offers, technical documents, certifications, and promotional content.
- Implement automation for faster response and improved customer engagement.

D. Content Creation & Graphic Design
- Use advanced graphic and design tools to create premium-quality digital content.
- Hands-on proficiency in:
- CorelDRAW
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva / Online Design Tools
- Ability to conceptualize and create banners, brochures, product creatives, infographics, catalog pages, and marketing visuals.
- Basic video editing coordination for reels, shorts, and YouTube videos.

E. Software & Technical Proficiency
- Solid working knowledge of:
