Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth through B2B sales, distributor/dealer management and market development for our foam and mattress products.

The candidate will be responsible for developing recent business opportunities, managing existing distributors and dealers, expanding market reach, building strong customer relationships and consistently achieving assigned sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong field-sales experience, good market knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to deliver sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. B2B Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new B2B customers, dealers, distributors,



retailers and institutional clients within the assigned territory.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, cold calling, networking and other business development activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable foam/mattress products and solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, negotiations and commercial discussions with prospective customers.
- Convert qualified leads into regular business and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities for institutional, OEM and bulk sales wherever applicable.

2. Distributor & Dealer Management
- Identify, appoint and develop distributors/dealers in the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, dealers and key retailers.
- Ensure regular order generation and adequate product movement through the distribution network.
