Role Description
The Manager role at Cafe Coffee Day is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The Manager is responsible for overseeing daily café operations, including staff scheduling, supervising team members, and ensuring consistent service quality. This role includes managing inventory and supplies, monitoring sales performance, and implementing promotional activities to drive revenue.



The Manager also handles customer escalations, maintains hygiene and safety standards, and ensures compliance with company policies. In addition, the Manager is expected to train and coach team members, support their development, and foster a positive, customer-centric culture.

Qualifications
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or food and beverage management, with strong team leadership and people management skills.
- Proficiency in operational oversight, including inventory control, cash handling, and basic financial reporting.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage guest interactions and resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to organize staff schedules, delegate tasks, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
- Comfort with using point-of-sale systems and basic digital tools for reporting and coordination.
