Desired Experience and Qualifications

1. Experience

· Minimum 3 years of experience in cash handling, billing, or financial transactions.

· Prior experience in hospital billing, insurance claims, or accounts management is preferred.

2. Educational Qualification

· Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

· Certification in accounting software or hospital management systems is a plus.

3. Skills

· Proficiency in using hospital management software (e.g., BACKBONE HMIS) and accounting tools.

· Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

· Good communication skills in English and the local language.

· Handle cash and other payments with utmost integrity to prevent financial discrepancies.
