1. Assessment / Evaluation of supplier and monthly release of supplier performance rating.
2. Handholding suppliers for resolution of quality issues from Inward, assembly line and warranty to make sure containment action is put in place alongwith root cause analysis and action implementation.
3. Supplier up gradation through Supplier process auditing and in office training to supplier.
4. Monthly meetings with critical suppliers and ensure closure of open points.
5. Ensure inward inspection of parts is done in stipulated time, layout inspection is carried out as per plan. Ensure on time availability of QAP. Ensure 100% adherance to inward inspection matrix/startegy.
6. Plan Vs Actual for 3CMM and technical cleanliness evaluation.
Planning of spares and consumables required for both labs.
7. Carry out pre and post inspection of engine parts for test bus (engines from engineering validation)
8. Calibration of gauges and instruments as per calibration frequency.
9. Co-ordination for IMS activities - Monthly MRM, internal audit as per plan, Co-ordination with TUV SUD for surveillance and certification audits.
10. Monthly monitoring of key performnace indicators, taking immediate actions on non-achieved KPI's.
