**CTC:** Up to **40,000 per month**
Eligibility:
3-4+ years of Sales Experience
Minimum 1 year of Training/Coaching Experience
Telecom/Retail Sales experience preferred
Graduate in any discipline
Robust communication and presentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-the-job productivity and sales training
Train and coach new and existing field sales teams
Deliver product, process, and selling skills training
Conduct refresher sessions to improve performance
