Role & responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in infrastructure, construction, engineering, and related sectors.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with project teams to monitor the progress of ongoing projects and ensure timely communication with clients and management.
- Act as a liaison between clients, engineering teams, procurement, finance, and senior management to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, technical-commercial documents, and marketing materials.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, client discussions, site visits, and project review meetings.
- Attend and actively contribute to cross-functional/internal stakeholder meetings while maintaining detailed MoM and tracking action points to ensure timely execution.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support strategic business decisions.
- Support tendering, business development,



and contract-related activities in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project updates, and business opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries, project milestones, and stakeholder commitments.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking forums, and business meetings.
- Contribute to branding, marketing campaigns, and corporate communication initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Solid stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and coordinate across departments.
