About the Role

We are looking for a
Product Manager with strong startup experience
to own and drive product development at Speedioo. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working on
UI/UX, website/product flows, and customer journeys
, along with the ability to work closely with Engineering, Design, Business, and Operations teams.

You will be responsible for translating business and customer requirements into simple, scalable, and user-friendly digital products that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the
product roadmap, priorities, and product lifecycle
.
- Understand and map
end-to-end website and product flows
, customer journeys, and user experiences.
- Work closely with
UI/UX designers and Engineering teams
to design, build, launch, and improve products.
- Translate customer and business requirements into
PRDs, user stories, wireframes, and actionable product requirements
.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to create
intuitive, user-friendly,



and conversion-focused experiences
.
- Analyze customer feedback, product data, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Identify gaps in existing
website/app journeys and processes
and drive solutions.
- Track product performance and continuously improve
usability, engagement, and business outcomes
.
- Manage stakeholders and ensure timely execution of product initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in Product Management
, preferably in a
startup or fast-paced technology environment
.
- Robust understanding of
UI/UX principles, user journeys, website/app flows, and product design
.
- Hands-on experience working with
UI/UX and Engineering teams
to take products from concept to launch.
- Strong understanding of
product roadmaps, PRDs, product lifecycle, launches, and feature prioritization
.
