Maatrum Technologies & Legal Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is a product-based LegalTech company specializing in Title Verification and Legal Verification of real estate properties across India. We are a group company of the Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital Group.

Founded in April 2015, Maatrum uses technology to simplify and standardize the property title verification process, enabling experienced lawyers to access property documents from government databases and deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality legal reports.
- Review property documents, title deeds, encumbrance certificates, and other legal records for title verification.
- Prepare Title Investigation Reports (TIR), Title Search Reports (TSR), and Legal Opinion Reports for Banks, Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), and NBFCs using the Maatrum platform.
- Conduct legal due diligence and identify title-related issues, risks, and documentation gaps.




- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of legal reports in accordance with client requirements and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect, verify, and process legal documents.
- Support senior legal professionals in property title examination and legal opinion drafting.
- Stay updated on property laws, land records, registration procedures, and mortgage-related legal processes.

Preferred candidate profile
- LLB/LLM degree from a recognized university.
- Strong interest in Property Law, Title Verification, and Legal Due Diligence.
- Good analytical, research, and legal drafting skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a process-driven setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet timelines
