This is a hands-on Growth & GTM role focused on building pipeline, creating qualified opportunities, and supporting revenue growth. You'll work closely with the business team to identify the right prospects, craft personalized outreach, qualify opportunities, and help convert conversations into business.

Your day to day responsibilities:
- Own outbound GTM initiatives across LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels.
- Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and build qualified prospect lists.
- Create highly personalized outreach that starts meaningful business conversations.
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities before handing them further into the sales process.
- Prepare tailored proposals, capability documents,



and commercial responses for platforms like Upwork and similar opportunities.
- Build and optimize pipeline of SQL & MQL & maintaining the CRM pipeline health.
- Work closely with business & technical team to improve pipeline generation, conversion rates, and overall sales effectiveness.
- Leverage AI tools for research, personalization, prospecting, and workflow automation.

We seek an attitude, not just skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in
B2B Growth, GTM, Demand Generation, Business Development, or Revenue-focused
roles.

: Prior experience selling or marketing IT Services, AI Development, or Technology Solutions.
- Proven experience generating qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic outreach.
