Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee overall business operations and ensure smooth coordination between different departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day business operations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between all departments.
- Monitor departmental performance and operational efficiency.
- Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with department heads to achieve organizational goals.
- Support management in improving overall operational processes.




- Prepare and monitor operational reports.

Skills Required
- 10–20 years of experience in Operations Management.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in FMCG / Spices industry is an added advantage.

Preferred Location: Candidates from Muvattupuzha, Perumbavoor, Thodupuzha, and nearby locations.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
