Role-Internal Audit & Process Assurance Manager

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 4+ years

Qualification: Semi-Qualified or CA. Candidates with CIA / CMA / ACCA may be

considered where they have strong relevant internal audit experience.

CTC: INR 8-10LPA

Day Shift with Alternate Saturday off with Sunday fixed off

Why We Are Hiring

We are looking for an experienced professional to establish and independently

manage a risk-based internal audit and process assurance function across our various

service lines.The person will periodically review whether processes are appropriately designed,

consistently followed and adequately controlled, identify operational/compliance

risks, and recommend practical improvements.This is NOT a routine audit, accounting or compliance role.The person must be comfortable reviewing processes, challenging existing practices and presenting findings directly to senior management.

Must-Have Criteria The candidate should have:

1.



Meaningful internal audit / process audit / risk & controls experience
2. Experience independently conducting process walkthroughs and control testing
3. Experience identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions
4. Ability to track and follow up on management action plans
5. Robust Excel / data-analysis skills
6. Excellent written and verbal communication
7. Ability to interact confidently with senior managers / Partners
8. High integrity, independence and confidentiality

Strongly Preferred

1. Prior experience in any of the following:
2. Big 4 / established CA firm
3. Internal Audit / Risk Advisory
4. Professional-services organisations
5. Accounting / audit / tax / consulting operations
6. SOX / internal controls
7. Operational / process excellence
8. IT controls / access controls
9. Audit analytics / data-driven testing
10. Experience auditing a CA / accounting / professional-services firm is a signific
