Role Overview

We are hiring a Customer Support Pharmacist to provide telephonic support to customers, assist with medicine-related queries, and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout their healthcare journey. This role requires strong communication skills, pharmaceutical knowledge, and the ability to build trust through customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support & Telecalling
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.




- Assist customers with medicine-related queries and order support.
- Guide customers on medicine availability, generic alternatives, and product information.
- Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Tele Consultation Support
- Support customers through telephonic consultations and follow-up calls.
- Educate customers on prescribed medicines, dosage instructions, and medication adherence.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and internal teams when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Order & Pharmacy Support
- Assist customers with medicine orders, replacements, and delivery-related queries.
- Coordinate with procurement, catalogue, and operations teams for medicine availability.
- Escalate complex cases appropriately and ensure timely resolution.

Customer Experience
- Build long-term customer relationships through empathetic communication.
