ReBIT, a 100% owned IT subsidiary is hiring for Automation Engineer (Senior/Lead). We're planning for a face-to-face recruitment drive on 11th Oct'25 (Saturday).
Experience / Qualifications:
- Should have 3 to 8 years of relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in Java programming
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG and Cucumber (BDD)
- Solid understanding of Git/GitHub workflows and branching strategies
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or similar
- Familiarity with Maven for dependency management and build automation
- Proven ability to manage and maintain regression test sets
- Experience in code reviews
- Experience in preparing and sharing DSRs or similar reporting formats
- Ability to write clean and reusable automation code
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Solid communication and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG and BDD Cucumber
- Design scalable and maintainable automation frameworks using Maven for build management
- Manage version control and code collaboration using Git/GitHub
- Analyze test results, identify defects and work closely with developers to resolve issues
- Participate in code reviews
- Continuously improve automation practices, test coverage, and execution speed
- Manage and optimize regression test suites to ensure coverage and stability across releases
- Track and report daily progress through Daily Status Reports (DSRs), highlighting automation coverage, issues and blockers
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps and Development teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
