Expected Education Qualifications and Experience :

Post-graduation or higher qualification in the field of Management, Health Insurance, Insurance, Public health, Rural management, Social work or any other equivalent degree from a recognized university or institute. With 3-5 years of experience in supporting capacity development programmes, training content development, health insurance, micro insurance. OR Management of E-Learning Programmes

Job Description / Key Responsibilities :

Development of content for training in form of training modules, reference material, manual etc. Support CB division in training delivery, coordination with other divisions, states and other stakeholders for trainings Develop appropriate e-learning strategies for state/UTs Monitoring of quality of profile information, coordinate and follow up with states and other stakeholders for quality profile information Handholding support to state/UT teams for content development and quality assurance Prepare periodic reports based on incidences, experiences and insights from e-learning portal
