Role: Team Member – Horticulture

We are looking for an experienced
Horticulture professional
to lead landscaping and green space management at a large industrial township in Dahej / Nagothane. This role offers an chance to drive
sustainable landscaping practices
and manage diverse horticulture projects at scale.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end
landscaping & horticulture operations
across the site
- Plan and execute
plantation, seasonal activities, and maintenance schedules
- Manage
contractors, budgets, and resources
for efficient operations
- Drive
sustainable initiatives
– plantations, composting, water optimization
- Oversee
irrigation systems
and ensure plant health & aesthetics
- Manage specialized areas like
organic farming, orchards, and plantations




- Conduct site assessments and continuously improve outdoor spaces
- Ensure
safety, compliance, and proper documentation
- Lead and develop a
high-performing team

What We’re Looking For:
- 3-12 years of experience in
horticulture / landscaping / facilities management
- Strong experience in
large-scale landscape management & vendor handling
- Good understanding of
plantation, irrigation, and sustainable practices
- Proven team management and stakeholder coordination skills

Qualification:
- BSc in Horticulture / Agriculture / Forestry (MSc preferred)
