Job Title: Production Incharge

Location: S-16 South Side GT Road Industrial area Ghaziabad

Qualification:
- B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field

Experience:
- 7–8 years of proven experience in production, manufacturing, or plant operations

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise, and control daily production activities to achieve targets.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and material.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of output.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Maintain quality standards and coordinate with the Quality team for inspections.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies on the shop floor.




- Manage and train production staff to improve efficiency.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
- Coordinate with maintenance for machine upkeep and minimum downtime.

Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills
- Knowledge of production planning & control (PPC)
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen will be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
