Job Summary

The Operations Head will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end operations of the organization, ensuring seamless coordination across Inventory Management, Production Planning Coordination, Order Processing, Invoicing, Logistics, and C&F; (Carrying & Forwarding) operations. The role focuses on maximizing operational efficiency, optimizing inventory levels, improving customer service, reducing logistics costs, and ensuring timely order fulfilment while maintaining compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to maintain optimum stock levels across manufacturing plants, warehouses, and C&F; locations.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and reconciliation.
- Reduce inventory holding costs while preventing stock-outs.




- Establish inventory KPIs and monitor inventory ageing, slow-moving, and obsolete stock.
- Coordinate with Vendor, Sales, and Production teams for inventory optimization.

2. Production Planning & Control
- Lead production planning coordination with production department based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory requirements.
- Coordinate with manufacturing teams to meet production schedules.
- Ensure timely availability of materials for uninterrupted dispatch.

3. Order Processing & Invoicing
- Ensure timely processing of customer orders.
- Oversee accurate and timely generation of sales invoices.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Dispatch teams to minimize order processing delays.
- Ensure compliance with GST, E-way Bill, and statutory documentation requirements.

4. Logistics Management
- Develop logistics strategies for cost-effective transportation.
