Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sr. Project Management Officer to manage and coordinate projects at our Chakan facility. The role involves end-to-end project coordination, client communication, cross-functional team management, project tracking, documentation, and ensuring timely execution within defined scope, budget, and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

● Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from order booking to project closure as per PMO processes.

● Monitor project scope, schedule, cost, deliverables, and overall performance.

● Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between the company and the client.

● Coordinate effectively with Sales, Engineering, Production, Quality, Accounts, and other cross-functional teams.





● Track project progress and provide regular updates, reports, and forecasts to management and clients.

● Review customer contracts and ensure all required documentation and contractual requirements are fulfilled.

● Monitor and follow up on post-order documents received from clients for smooth project execution.

● Ensure timely submission of drawings, documents, approvals, and other required deliverables for manufacturing clearance.

● Track orders and ensure projects are executed as per committed timelines.

● Participate with the Sales team during the project proposal and pre-order stage.

● Maintain and update all project-related information and documentation in CRM/system.

● Monitor project status, performance, risks, and issues and take timely corrective actions.

● Prepare project dashboards, BG dashboards, status reports, and management reports.

● Coordinate and follow up for Bank Guarantees (BG), Security Deposits, Retention
