Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete sales cycle—from lead qualification to successful deal closure.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand customer requirements.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with timely and disciplined follow-ups.
- Ensure no qualified lead is missed and maintain accurate CRM updates.
- Lead, mentor, and hold the sales team accountable for daily activities and sales targets.




- Work closely with the implementation and support teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
- Build long-term customer relationships through a consultative approach.
- Travel for customer meetings, demo and deal closures whenever required.
- Achieve individual and team revenue targets.

What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Must have: Prior experience in ERP, SaaS, POS, CRM, IT Products, Business Software, or any technology-driven industry is preferred.
- Strong ownership mindset with exceptional follow-up discipline.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent spoken English and Hindi with a confident and professional personality.
