Roles and Responsibilities :
- Requirements:

* Conduct internal audits of Non financial clients, performing tasks such as vouching, verification, and process understanding to identify risks and improve operational efficiency.

* Review and prepare draft audit reports, presentations, and audit committee presentations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

* Collaborate with seniors to perform audit procedures, walkthrough documentation, and status updates to ensure effective project execution.

* Analyze and identify areas for improvement in internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance to provide recommendations to clients.

* Travel within and outside Mumbai to meet client needs, demonstrating creative thinking and rigorous analysis in audit execution and review.

Preferred Skills:





* Experience with risk advisory services in non-BFSI sectors, such as real estate, manufacturing, or retail, with a focus on internal audit and risk management.

* Knowledge of internal audit frameworks, such as COSO or COBIT, and experience with audit tools and technologies, such as ACL or IDEA.

* Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and demonstrate creative thinking in audit execution and review.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

* Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, to support audit findings and recommendations.
