We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join our HR department. We are a Retail organisation based in Kochi, Kerala operating 25 stores across Kerala, Karnataka and Maharashtra. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including on boarding, employee documentation, and exit formalities
- Develop and implement HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Maintain HR records and ensure that employee files are up-to-date and accurate.
- Support payroll processing and coordinate with the accounts team for salary disbursements
- Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements (PF, ESI & LWF)
- Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.




- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Prepare HR-related reports and maintain up-to-date HR metrics
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall goals of the organization.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- At least 8 years experience in Senior HR roles within Retail industry
- Experience with HR software and tools for managing HR processes and data.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Robust organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
