About the Role

We are looking for a **result-oriented Performance Marketing Manager** who can take ownership of our digital presence, generate high-quality leads, and drive measurable business growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Lead Generation, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media marketing, content strategy, and performance marketing**. Experience in the **real estate industry** will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO & Organic Growth

* Develop and execute comprehensive organic rankings and website traffic.

* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page and off-page SEO.

* Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, meta titles, descriptions,



internal linking, and technical SEO.

* Monitor Google Search Console, Google Analytics and other SEO tools.

* Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions and overall SEO performance.

* Develop and execute a strong **content and backlink strategy**.
2. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

* Plan and execute digital campaigns focused on **lead generation and conversions**.

* Manage and optimize **Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)** campaigns.

* Manage **Google Ads – Search, Display, Performance Max and YouTube campaigns**.

* Develop audience targeting, retargeting and remarketing strategies.

* Create and optimize lead generation funnels and landing pages.

* Continuously optimize campaigns based on **CPL, CAC, conversion rate and lead quality**.

* Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
